stamps gives you the versatility to create
custom images. Our new markers feature a
fine tip for journaling and adding details plus a
brush tip for coloring. The ink is acid free and
available in 60 colors to coordinate with Close
To My Heart's background and texture papers,
cardstock, ink pads and accents.
The images shown are each a single solid
stamp from the Getaway set. The "fill 'er up"
stamp image was stamped with an ink pad as a
comparison. Notice how adding colors to the
"let's explore" and "out of gas" enhances these
images. Using markers make adding color and
interest easy!
Using markers works best on small to medium
size solid stamps. Stick the stamp on the
acrylic block and turn it face up.
Color in long, broad strokes directly on the My
Acrylix stamp with the brush tip. If you want to
use multiple colors on a stamp begin with the
lightest color.
After you've colored the entire stamp hold the
stamp near your mouth and "huff" on it. Your
breath will re-moisten the ink. Apply the stamp
to your paper.
